Single Sided PU Foam Tape is made of polyurethane foam (PU) as backing material which single coated with a pressure sensitive solvent adhesive of premium quality and PE-coated paper as release liner. As an introduction, PU Foam which is known as Polyurethane Foam is a soft and open cell foam without cross-linkage. Thus, Single Sided PU Foam Tape has good recovery characteristics after compression.
SINGLE SIDED EVA FOAM TAPE
Single Sided EVA Foam Tape is made of ethylene vinyl acetate foam (EVA) as backing material which single coated with a pressure sensitive solvent adhesive of good viscosity and PE-coated paper as release liner. As an introduction, EVA Foam which is known as Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Foam is a resilient and closed cell foam with high level of cross-linkage. Hence, Single Sided EVA Foam Tape has greater recovery characteristics after compression compared to Single Sided PU Foam Tape.
SINGLE SIDED PE FOAM TAPE
Single Sided PE Foam Tape is made of polyethylene foam (PE) as backing material which single coated with a pressure sensitive solvent adhesive and PE-coated paper as release liner. As an introduction, PE Foam which is known as Polyethylene Foam is a firm and closed cell foam with cross-linkage that provide more rigidity. Therefore, Single Sided PE Foam Tape is more hard to recover to original shape after compression but it is great on weakening the effect of vibration.
